This article was easy to read. It's about woman standing up for their rights.In the past men had all the power. I believe as many people do now women should have every right a man does. Being a woman doesn't make us any less human. Rich believes in this too! Rich states even though women today have basically the same rights as men you still see very few women in upper levels of faculty and administration in most institutions. I feel like the majority of my classes while at Bloomsburg have been split evenly with male and female professors. Rich wants women to take responsibility towards yourself, refuse to sell your talents and aspirations fall short. I totally agree with her. I think as women today we must do our best and show everyone we can do just the same as men!
